STUPENDOUS

I was invited to participate in Stupendous 2. It is a biannual publication based in New York. Each Stupendous is based off of a theme. This year’s theme is to create a visual space hymn. The Luke Allen Project

baptism

This drawing just happened. I started making lines and boxes then faces. At the end it all looked to me like a baptism.

I started this drawing on the eve of the presidential election. The election made me excited I felt that this year everybody had a voice and went out to vote.
